SHL.UK Business Case

The London Sexual Health Programme has published the business case for the reprocurement of SHL.UK — the capital’s award-winning online sexual and reproductive health service. Since its launch in 2018, SHL.UK has revolutionised access to care, delivering over half of London’s STI consultations and enabling discreet, convenient, and cost-effective support for residents. The new business case outlines the proposal for a successor service, launching in 2026, with enhanced features including multilingual support, improved accessibility, expanded contraception provision, and the aspiration for remote PrEP care. With continued collaboration across London’s boroughs, the programme aims to build on the success of SHL.UK and ensure high-quality, inclusive sexual health services for all Londoners.
